Production: 5–7 days. For Bulgaria, Croatia, Liechtenstein and Malta, estimated transit is 20 days after dispatch, in addition to production. For other supported destinations, total estimated delivery is 10–15 business days, including production, order preparation and transit. Standard shipping is free to supported destinations. Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete and in the original packaging; you pay the direct return shipping cost. Accepted returns carry a 35% restocking fee, except for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, or where prohibited by law. Custom or personalized items after production begins, gift cards and final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
